At Ballie Academy, we believe that development doesn’t stop at the edge of the field. That’s why we offer special sessions that include both players and their parents. Through joint training experiences and information evenings, we create stronger support systems around each young athlete.
These sessions are designed for families with players aged 7 to 17 who want to actively support their child’s football journey. Whether you’re new to football or already part of our academy, our parent-focused activities strengthen communication, understanding, and confidence for both player and parent.
We offer two key formats:
Parent-Child Sessions:
Practical training moments where parents join their child on the pitch in fun, educational drills. These sessions help build mutual respect, encourage motivation, and deepen the connection between sport and family life.
Parent Evenings:
Informative sessions led by our coaching staff that cover topics such as:
How to support your child without pressure
Dealing with wins, losses, and setbacks
Understanding mindset, nutrition, and team dynamics
Communicating effectively with young athletes
Builds trust and better communication at home
Helps parents understand their child’s challenges and growth
Fosters a positive sports culture beyond the academy
Creates a shared journey of development
Whether you want to get involved on the field or gain insight into your child’s development — these sessions are made for you.
