Off-field knowledge that fuels on-field performance.

Workshops: Nutrition, Injury Prevention & Team Play

Education off the field. Performance on it.

At Ballie Academy, development goes beyond the ball. Through our workshops, we teach young athletes the essentials of football lifestyle: what to eat, how to stay injury-free, and how to become a better teammate. Because what you do off the field directly impacts how you perform on it.

Who are these workshops for?

Our workshops are designed for players aged 7 to 18, and in some cases, their parents or coaches. Whether you’re an academy member or joining from outside, these sessions are valuable for anyone who wants to deepen their football knowledge and take a more professional approach to growth.

What topics do we cover?

  • Nutrition for Young Athletes:
Learn what to eat before and after training, how to fuel for performance, and how nutrition affects recovery, focus, and energy levels.

  • Injury Prevention & Recovery:
Discover how proper warm-ups, mobility, rest, and load management can reduce injury risk and keep your body game-ready.

  • Team Play & Communication:
Explore what makes a good teammate, how to support others on the pitch, and how to build team chemistry and leadership.

Each workshop combines expert input with interactive elements such as challenges, Q&As, or group tasks.
