Our Small Group Training sessions are designed for 2 to 4 players who want personal attention while training in a motivating team-like setting. It’s the perfect balance between individual development and working together with others who share the same drive.

Who is this training for?

This format is ideal for players aged 8 to 17 who want more feedback and individualized coaching than in a large group. Whether you’re preparing for a trial, improving specific areas, or training with friends or teammates — this setup helps you progress faster with targeted exercises.

What do we train during these sessions?

The sessions are flexible and tailored to the group’s needs and levels. We typically focus on:
